Would be ZERO if I could, based on return policy. The sizes of the blinds we ordered we not exactly what we wanted them to be. I agree that they were correctly listed on their site, but when we got them and tried to apply them, they didn't work for us. We tried to return, they are a CHINA COMPANY that will not work with you at all on returns. Not return policy. SO IF YOU ORDER AND DON'T LIKE, YOU ARE STUCK AND IF ANYTHING HAPPENS AFTER 30 DAYS, YOU ARE STUCK. CHINA QUALITY USUALLY MEANS IT WILL SHRED FAIRLY SOON. IF YOU ORDER, BE PREPARED TO BE FRUSTRATED. UPDATE: Their solution was to offer $10 off my $250 order and 18% off coupon. BUYER BEWARE
