Bad experience???Nooo!!!
I was so hesitant to order! A lot of companies scam you or allow you to purchase a unit then email you saying it is out of stock and try to get you to purchase Another unit. Well drum rollllll! It was amazing. So soft just like the pictures! Long and full. Beautiful waves. Absolutely everything I wanted. Can’t wait to customize and color it and see how my first headband unit goes. No shedding. I hope the hair lasts long. Came with gifts also. I’ll def upgrade my next purchase to a more expensive unit since I know they are my type of company. Love love love....so far ;)
