Flew with them summer of 2021
Flew with them last summer. They booked a travel plan and approved flight insurance... Middle leg of flight was cancelled... NO NOTICE.. had to find out when I was in Croatia two days before I was supposed to leave. By having the middle leg of the booking cancel it made the other flights worthless due to not being able to find another flight that worked. When I called regarding the flight insurance... they said it was declined later... did not even tell me... so they booked a plan that was uninsurable... so no flight insurance, no coverage. Did not respond to help with rebooking. What a nightmare. This was all so wrong and a total loss. When I called the airlines looking for refund or help, they told me they could not help me because my credit card was not used for the flights! When I called explore trip they said oh yeah we use our corporate card. Also I need to add when I called in and said the middle flight of my travel plan has been canceled and I need help with rebooking, they would not talk to me. They gave me an email address and said you need to email this team and they'll get back to you in 24 hours. I did that twice. I never received a response. They put all their energy into their agents who are taking money for new trips but they put no money or energy into those who need support and help when they are abroad. These people are not honest, do not care about your flights, just want money. I had to rebook the entire return 2 days before leaving as my lodging was ending in Croatia. So I paid for my trip home TWICE. Cost another $800. These guys are complete crooks. DONT USE THEM>
