Mediocre at best
They take A LONG time to reply back; their packaging is mediocre which is just a fragile carton box with no reinforcements. The plastic stand most rolls come with was completely shattered and the fragments felt like super cheap plastic. My roll came in a bit damaged on the edges and center - I have NEVER suffered this experience with other suppliers.
