SMOOTH TRANSACTION!
The transaction was really smooth and agent really friendly. Agent able to provide a full quotation as well as explained the additional clause or fees (if there are any). At first, I was also in doubt as several comments was blaming on a slow response and shipment, but we need to understand this company is a "middle man" or "medium" to complete the purchase from neighbouring country. The shipment delay is on courier responsibility. Overall, it is a superb experience and service. Totally will request their service again in future. Thanks!
