Sorry to say Mooyius still is not responding to address my refund concerns. I cannot recommend this clothing sales company to anyone. They are even keeping some of the money on an order for a sweater I ordered at the same time as the formentioned horrible blouse (ill fitting, most likely a manufacturing error) that was not in stock and they are saying won’t be again. They have actually stolen the money I paid for a sweater they never had, that they allowed me to view and order, while refunding only 20% of my cost for the ridiculous blouse. Where was quality control on that blouse? On an order of nearly $170 they have refunded $116. Really???!!! Update on 9/17: Mooyius still asks for more information, after 15 or so emails. Is this a delay tactic? Their response to my review seems intended to make the reader and potential customer believe they care and are concerned but that is far from the truth. The simple solution to this situation would be to refund me fully for my purchases….both the mis-shapen and poorly cut blue blouse and the white wool sweater with fur collar they never even had to sell me in the first place. They continue to ask for more information while ignoring the information I’ve provided. Furthermore, they don’t ever answer questions I ask for clarification. I’m seeking legal counsel at this point because besides the slight financial hit I’m spending too much energy and time just attempting to get honesty from this company.
