You probably won't get your stuff, you definitely will get the run around
**Edit** They offered me 5% refund as consolation, that was an insult. Then they offered me 20% because they wanted to save their reputation as my review had gone live. I finally countered with an option: 50% refund or they clearly state that this is a China based company somewhere on their site. They settled on 50%. I'm amending my 1 star to 2. They were hoping for 4 or 5 stars. That will NEVER happen unless they do some serious overhauling of their customer service. I had to fight for any contact and to get any new answers. I didn’t need to know that my order was stuck, I could clearly see that, I needed to know what they were doing about it. The answer was nothing. The rest of the review remains the same. It’s is 6 days after Christmas, 15 days after promised delivery date. I still don’t have my package and still have no clue where it is. I have my 50% refund though. So if you order something and it gets lost, don’t count on getting your money back and don’t count on a replacement, your just shit out of luck unless you have time to fight and be insulted with 5%. Oh! And don’t bother with the shipping insurance, all you’ll get back is $5.00. My ordered is considered fulfilled. Yet, I still don’t have it.*** This company is based in China but nothing on the site indicates that this company is based in China. I have no problem with Chinese goods but I usually know where I'm ordering from because the sites are up front about origination. This one is not. I supposedly ordred this item in plenty of time as their website has banners on every page promising delivery by Christmas if you order now!! I ordered immediately but that didnt matter. Not only that but when the order is eventually sent out, it takes as long as it takes and do NOT bother contacting customer service. The only responses are to be patient and a copy of the tracking link which you are already monitoring daily. They don't offer any consolation or consideration for the broken promises or lies. Their lack of response is pretty much. "OH, WELL" I 100% will never order from them again and I'd suggest you look elsewhere for honest geek wear. There are plenty who do not mislead.
