Theft of watch
On December 21, 2023, my husband dropped off my Breitling watch to Watches of Switzerland, Legacy West at 7500 Windrose Ave, Suite 8190, Plano Texas 75024. I was advised they would have to send the watch to Breitling to have the battery replaced. The watch was ready the first of May 2024 for pickup. I had the watch a week and it stopped working and I took the watch back to Watches of Switzerland. They advised they would send it back to Breitling. Several weeks later they advised me that it was ready. They shipped it to me via UPS/FED EX (not sure which) and I put the watch safely away. When I took it out to wear it on June 19, 2026, I noticed the battery needed to be replaced again and I proceeded to call Breitling to schedule service. I noticed there was no longer a serial number on the back of the watch. I contacted Watches of Switzerland and asked where the serial number was and what happened to my watch. I was told on the call that they had pictures of my watch when it came in and when it came back and I requested the pictures. I also asked several times to talk with a manager about the watch. I have received zero followup or responses from these requests. According to the Breitling website, if there is no serial number, the watch is fake. What they returned to me is not the watch I gave them. I have filed a police report for this theft.
