Unable to access my account or cancel subscription
I couldn’t even log in to the website to access my report or cancel my subscription. The platform is effectively unusable if you can’t access your own account. Fortunately, I used a card with no available funds, otherwise I would have been concerned about being charged for a service I couldn’t even manage. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.
