Good shipping fees/CS, OK service, meh website
Overall an OK experience, the service and shipping fees are acceptable, and the customer service is quite good despite the occasional language barrier misunderstanding. The website is quite temperamental in terms of it straight up not working at times. Use Chrome without an adblocker for the least annoying experience. Unfortunately there is a COVID outbreak where the warehouse is located so delays have affected processing times but otherwise have been alright. I have not really influenced the score with that circumstance in mind.
