New motor hub issue
My h5 board is awesome has it for couple years now and been riding it hard. However just recently ordered 2 new hub motors and after having waited for them and paid for them I only received one, process of getting ahold of someone was frustrating and wasn’t able to get ahold of a person to solve the problem until 4 days after having received them. Once I did they looked into it so that took another few days until I got an answer that they are sending a new one to, the second one that I was supposed to get. I’m relieved they are sending me a new one but didn’t even offer any kind of discount or other form of compensation for having dealt with an issue on their end.
