Good for shipping, thats about it.
(I have been using CSSBuy since 2017, for normal orders as well as business orders) Well as it says in the title, CSSBuy have great shipping options for EU, and to Ireland they have a few, no fast options at all though unlike other agents. QC is trash, considering I pay for QC, lighting is bad, the angles are bad and the qc pic taker never gets the important parts unlike other agents, namely WGB. Buying, as you know cssbuy buy items for you. They can be either really great, or really really bad. I have had agents lie to me saying an item is out of stock, within a hour I was able to order it off a different agency. On the other hand, with priority purchase, I have gotten some of my items purchased with 45mins. But normal orders (non priority purchases) are abysmal. I would have to wait 3-5 days sometimes just for an item to be bought or even put into motion of processing. Website: 2/10, looks better but performs worse. Not to mention it only really works well on Chrome only which is a shame. App: 3/10, only got 1 extra point because of the notifications, thats all its good for. Customer support: 7/10, they are good, a lot better then before. However language mistranslations seem to be causing a lot of issues, I've had agents go the complete opposite of what is meant to be going on. But overall, can't fault them, tickets are useless unless its for a long term issue, live chat tends to be 20x faster. What I'd like to see, fast shipping options, tarifless/triangle lines are great, but I'm waiting minimum 20 days now a days. Would like to see something like FedEx/TNT to Ireland but also to rest of EU/UK. Not only that, cssbuy seem to be atrociously slow at implementing feedback, they are great to report feedback to, but slow as hell to actually implement anything. They are a budget minded agent but you get what you pay for. Overall, I'd still use them, but many many issues left to fix. However I do see improvements, slowly but improving none the less. Good luck to those managing CSSBuy and for customers, I can recommend CSSBuy, but expect their service to be slower then other agents.
