I purchased an item over 3 years ago, which became defective within the warranty period. VAPOR. Com made the return process so simple for me. They sent my replacement quickly. So, when I purchased another product recently, I wasn't sure if it was operating correctly, and called Customer Service. I was instructed to simply return it for an exchange, which I did.
