DO NOT BUY! I bought an eSIM last night to use in a 4-day trip and today the internet simply stopped working. I’ve reached out to their “24hour technical service” through WhatsApp and I got no response, and when I sent an email they said they’d reply in up to 24 hours. It’s a JOKE to sell a product that is clearly used in trips and say you’ll get a response in 24 hours. I need the internet data to keep going with my trip now. Now I’ll have to buy an eSIM from a different carrier and I demand my money back.
