Not suitable for large volumes of data
The service only works for small amounts of data. When I tried to move millions of files for a project, it took forever. I asked support if there was a way to speed things up, even if it meant paying more, and they just told me to break it into several smaller transfers instead, which wouldn't have really helped. They blamed it on bandwidth limitations and the capabilities of the clouds we were using. Personally, I don't think AWS has these kinds of bandwidth or speed issues. Basically, the tool isn't designed for large projects and won't be useful if you have a lot of data to move. And then, there's also the issue that the tool isn't reliable. Clearly, if I'm leaving a bad review, it's not just because I had a bad experience, but also because the company isn't clear about what their service can do.
