Excellent assistant, made install a pleasure!
The assistant came online very quickly, despite my calling at a late hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, listened to my descriptions of the problem and solved it quickly, taking me step-by-step through the solution. I would have had trouble figuring out what i was doing wrong myself. Thanks! Great job! 10 out of 10 stars. Happy New Year!
