UPDATE: Customer service reached out within 24 hours and apologized for the mix up. They are immediately sending a replacement. They were very nice and helped me to resolve the issue expeditiously. The products are great and I will only buy them from Lovense. The one and only reason I gave them 4 stars is because you can’t talk to a real person. When people have concerns or complaints they want to talk to someone, not wait for an email. Other than that, I am satisfied and I will continue to use their products in the future. I recently ordered a product and when it was delivered it was the wrong order. Car parts actually. I have ordered products from Lovense before with the only issue being a long delivery time. This time it was shipped the same day I ordered it but I received a completely wrong order. Accidents happen but you can’t call customer service to inform them of the mistake. You can only email them and now I am waiting on a response. This review may change depending on how long it takes to resolve this issue.
