I am very happy with my purchase. The delivery went just as expected. The box is heavy though, so a good idea to meet the delivery person at the truck to get it safely to your door. The email including a video on how to unbox and set up your bike is very useful. All the information you need is there. I have discovered that I like to use the throttle in level 1 to get going, and mostly I only need level 1 and 2. The bike feels quite powerful even when going up steep hills and I haven't needed any more than level 3. Since it has small wheels and a lack of front suspension you can feel the bumps in the road, but I like the fact that the bike is simple and relatively light.
