Brilliantly designed, great customer support
I have been very impressed by the quality, design, ease-of-use, and affordability of Oneisall products! The packaging is neat and functional, quick guides and instructions are easy to follow, the parts are high quality, the design works well, and my cat is very excited to see kibble arrive. I love that it uses a knob for intuitive programming, rather than pushing buttons repeatedly or downloading an app. I also purchased the S1 Ease basic automatic litter box, and it’s brilliant as well. The S1 Ease automatic litter box is easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. The silicone liner and metal litter filter are impressive additions as well as being functional. The silicone liner has a weighted spot that makes the clumps release when the pan is upside down for the cleaning cycle. The metal screen removes easily for cleaning, but I have only had to do so during regular cleaning because nothing has gotten stuck to it. When a delivery issue occurred because the carrier had trouble locating my address, Andrea responded promptly and tracked down the issue for a successful delivery the following day! The shipment arrived within the expected window.
