Ahrefs Review - Poor Experience
Last night, I signed up for a new account on Ahrefs. Since this morning, I've been trying to get used to the platform looking for new keywords, but unfortunately, I have been experimenting several errors during the day. I contacted support, and they told me, big websites such as Microsoft, etc, are too big to show the results, that I needed to try with smaller ones. I kept trying with smaller sites, but I found out that for every 10 sites I searched for, I was getting the same error. Technically, I was unable to gather the info I was looking for. So, I decided to contact them to cancel my account and ask for a full refund. But sadly, I was told they don't offer refunds if a customer have already used their platform. The funny part here is that I used it, but I was unable to do anything due to that error. My recommendation is, please don't use this company. I felt terrible about the way they talked to me in their live chat. I don't think they aren't really concerned about their customers, and they don't care if their platform works or not. Now that I am reading the bad reviews, I just realized it was a mistake to get that service. Find a better option and keep away from them.
