I raised a ticket at 10pm at night in the UK and god a reply from an actual human almost instantly, i asked a few questions and went to bed, when i woke up i had an email ad 7:30am with a detailed answer to my question and full step by step instructions on how to solve my issue, it was perfect and Daniel N was able to check that it had all been done correctly and was on hand to assist with an difficulties i may encounter.
