My Alusplash splashback was scratched…
My Alusplash splashback was scratched by an operative undertaking an unrelated repair, I contacted Alusplash who told me I need to contact a SMART repair person. This was fitted less than two months ago and I am very surprised they do not offer a repair service, had I had a crystal ball when I ordered their product I would definitely have not purchased it. I’ve subsequently sent a second enquiry but received no response from customer services. Update January 2024 - a quote was obtained from a SMART repairer but I have decided to live with the scratch as after this experience I do not want to risk an expensive splashback possibly looking worse after a repair. I also contacted Hafele but no joy there either.
