Bought my flower girl dress back on…
Bought my flower girl dress back on 16th march and was to expect it 25-30th march. After numerous emails back and to jjhouse saying the same thing every time, I am still waiting and it’s the 24th April. I’ve asked for a refund numerous times. My wedding is in a matter of weeks and it’s added stress I do not need. Refund me my money so I can go elsewhere. Jj’s house did in fact email me after I left this review offering to send out a new dress right away. They posted the dress the day after on the 26th April and today I received the dress 11th may. The dress is beautiful so I have given an extra 2 stars, lost 2 due to the stress of the first dress. I would likely use jj house again if I needed something way in advance
