Hawaii locals are experiencing unusual hurricane activity this season. With many near misses, damage and widespread electrical power outages have occurred. I tried many times to order a battery-powered generator online and locally, but they were always sold out or not available. I finally after almost three weeks of trying I got an EcoFlow Delta 2 Max battery-powered electric generator. I learned I could expand its capacity by connecting it to rack server batteries from WattCycle with their special cable. Unfortunately, they do not ship to Hawaii. I reached out to a shipping forwarder, ShipToHawaii, and learned that they will not ship batteries unless they are new from a vendor and packaged very well for safety. After adding up the cost to buy and ship four server rack batteries, my budget could barely afford to do this. I reached out to WattCycle support and was fortunate to speak with Talia. Talia took the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. Talia then offered and took the extra steps to ask for a discount from WattCycle sales team. WattCycle was very understanding and offered me a great discount. With that, I could afford my four batteries and placed the order. Much Mahalo's to Talia!
