they are the worst!!!!! Their website is extremely frustrating — I constantly had issues logging in, even when using the correct password. plus I took the time to edit and select the meals I wanted, but they completely ignored my preferences and sent whatever they wanted. Customer service was even worse. When I reached out for help, I was met with arrogance and a lack of care. It’s unacceptable to pay for a service that promises customization and support, only to be ignored and treated poorly. I will not be using Blue Apron again and do not recommend them to anyone.
