The verification of the availability of the piece should be a maximum of 2 or 3 days. On the other hand, when a cancellation of pieces is made, the payment of the articles is made, but not the proportional part of the transport costs. The main problem, as I say, is the loss of time and cancellation after several days and if it is requested again, we enter the same dynamic again.
