Missing items from order
Hi. I'm very disappointed with your service. There were a few items missing from the order delivered to me the other day. I sent a WhatsApp message to Ms Jacky and also sent two e-mails to you, but nobody responded. This was my message - "[23/03, 22:43] Wan Sharina: Hi, Jacky. I just checked my order which was delivered this evening. These were missing from the items delivered - 1 × Saba Mackerel Fillet (500g) 1 × Beef Meatball (500g) 2 × German Beef Sausages (2pcs) 1 × Australian Minced Beef (I think 1 Imported Indian Tenderloin Cube (500g) was mistakenly delivered to me instead). [23/03, 22:45] Wan Sharina: Shall be grateful if you could arrange for these missing items to be delivered to me asap, please. OR alternatively, please arrange for refund. Thank you.
