Disappointed and sad
Ordered 2 cakes for my Dad's 83rd birthday celebration - one vegan for my daughter and her family and one cream... I thought I was ordering direct from the local shop in Rayners Lane but it appears it came from head office. Problem 1: the Cream (non-vegan) cake was warm on arrival and the Happy Birthday icing had melted... Problem 2: Had ordered blue 8 & 3 candles - got multi-coloured ones which I could have bought in a shop 10 yards from my house which are cheaper there but wanted the blue ones Problem 3: Ordered hellium balloons - an 8 & a 3... they were 'wilting' and within an hour the 8 was completely deflated... So no - will not order from the website again... I will deal direct with the local shop if at all as parking is challenging near them hence wanting home delivery
