Worst experience ever....
Worst experience ever..... Apartment complex promoted flex, so I utilized the services. In aug 2026 flex took out my 900 pay my rent. They did in July just fine..... I ended up with over 300 on late fees and almost got evicted. I am STILL waiting for my refund, and have since ended their services. It is impossible to get a human to answer any questions. If you want to leave your housing up to AI then flex is for you.....
