Things they got wrong: -Misleading website picture led to wrong purchase -Promised free return shipping not honored -Incorrect return item shipment addresses given -Straightforward USPS proof of delivery 'questioned' multiple times via email; I think they are hoping I give up on a refund out of frustration I will be calling the BBB and or my bank tomorrow.
