The AI hallucinated and gave me rubbish
The AI hallucinated and gave me a video with the person speaking in a foreign language that I could not understand. I only gave instructions for facial expressions and did not include a script. The video was based on the images for the first and last frames that were not accurate in the final video. $4.66 for a 10 second clip that is unusable is outrageous. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription they wrote "we apologize sincerely for failing to meet your expectations in both usage experience and costs.
