My balance should be higher
I recently noticed that my balance stopped increasing. I should be getting the profit from the shares I bought not long ago when they were still worth 1000 satoshis, and now I haven't been getting anything for a long time. It has stopped at 0.00035281 satoshis. I would like to know why? If I still had shares that were a long way away from expiration, what was due to me has not been returned to me. In my account there is no active shares, also in the revenue share section it appears that I have received 0.00263382 but that never happened. So far I have never made any withdrawals, only faucetpay deposits. I remember having more than 150 active shares a few months ago, I was reinvesting all the time until the price of the shares changed and each share stopped being worth 1000.
