The company is one large scam
The company is one large scam. One of the reviewers described exactly what happened to me. First EaseUS offers free trial, which in reality is not free. Because they allow you to download the software and scan the disk showing you the list of found items, but if you want to recover them, you have to buy the full version and there is no way to test/check if this recovery software works beforehand. So since I had no choice, I paid to download their recovery software. And guess what? It didn't recover the file that I had accidently deleted. Their "recovered version" was empty file. I asked for a refund. Their customer service asked questions for analysis, and, after I answered them, refused to refund me using the most idiotic reason. After I insisted on the refund, they started to ignore my emails. EaseUS is SCAM! I am very much questioning the validity of all the positive reviews.
