Here's a response from Creality when I tried to purchase a replacement part for this printer. This printer is less than one year old and I wanted to purchase a heat spreader for them. Creality used a proprietary design so no one had it. Also they are still selling this printer online, Sermoon D1 printer. ========= Dear， Good day to you. I'm Tom from Creality.
