Their handmade in Sweden product came defect, the defect can easily spot within 2 mins if you leave it on. That implies quite inconsistent QA. Their CS does nth but politely informing you there will be a delay, implying a week on processing, and your money will stay with them longer, and you can only wait, nothing else. Paying over $7000 for a product, I would have expected better QA and service.
