I gave 4 stars because it has been a while since my child feedback that he enjoyed and understood mandarin better with their lessons. I believe my son had his share of good and not so good teachers because he had wanted to quit lingoace initially because he was not improving and was struggling to cope with 2x mandarin lessons each week. But things have improved and he now enjoys the lessons better with this teacher. It would have been perfect if there was more flexibility in the class arrangements. There is no break, even on school and public holidays. I do understand the need to improve language by constant practice and frequent lessons. But it is very difficult to plan for trips and celebrations when your child has tuition 2 times a week without a single break! If you miss the lesson, your credit gets deducted. The other tuition centres which my son attended outside do have breaks. So this is one thing we want to complain about and hope lingoace can look into. Compared to some, my experience with the customer service have been more positive. They had been helpful in trying to understand and assist me in situations and i appreciate their help in this.
