INSULTING
Though the products look good when they arrive they are not. The bracelet with names and birthstones looks like it came from a Christmas Cracker and ni way can anyone see the names, even if they had bionic eyes. This is a trashy product and it was a memory for me to keep of someone who is gone from my life forever but this trashy junk is an insult!!! I also had to keep chasing them for updates. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
