Honestly the worst banking experience I have had
Rapyd is an absolute disaster at every level, from service offering to infrastructure. After our Hong Kong business bank, NEAT, was acquired by Rapyd and we were put on the new platform it has been a litany of disasters. I am genuinely stupefied at how bad everything is, especially as we had such a positive experience with NEAT. Here's a couple of the issues that we suddenly had to do deal with: - Rapyd doesn't provide sender information so we had no idea who paid us. - They cancelled all our staff credit cards and told us we can only use one (we have several offices globally and our staff need these for expenses - They arbitrarily limit the number of characters for payee's addresses at 32, so payments have bounced - The payout system is the most pointlessly complicated way to do things, caused multiple bounced payments as it is complete unclear how you're meant to do things. - You can't export your accounts in PDF, which our accountants require. Avoid like the plague if you can.
