Not even shipped after over a month!!!
I ordered twice from Uniqso: my first order was placed on April 1st, and my second order was placed on April 26th. Now tell me why my second order has already been delivered while half of my first order hasn't even shipped out yet??? My first order says is "partially delivered", which is correct, I received one of the three contacts I ordered and a few contacts cases a couple weeks ago, but there is no sign that my other two contacts have even been SHIPPED. I reached out to the support team a few days ago, and they let me know they have a high volume of messages to get through. Fine with me, but why haven't I gotten a single response after 72 hours? I thought Uniqso has good customer service? I just want to be told why my package hasn't even been shipped in over a month since I ordered it when my second package arrived in just over a week? I need these contacts for an event in a couple weeks, which is why I ordered them so far in advance, but now I don't think I'll even receive them by the date. If I don't receive them by then, I'm expecting a full refund for those items!!! Very upsetting!
