They do not do full refunds. I bought a dress which was way too small. The top fitted ok but the back wouldnt even go round me so no hope of doing up the zip. Weird sizing. Asked for a return/refund. they offered a refund of 30% of the item's value, which is equivalent to 11.35USD. or suggested they could give me a gift card worth 18.92USD, to use on another order on their website. I argued back and forth with them until they relented to a 70% discount. Im not stuck with a dress that is no good and Im trying to sell to get some money back. Avoid !
