Great cereal—horrible customer service!
The cereal is excellent—all four flavors great! Their communication stinks though. Had auto shipping and was charged in early December but no product. Wrote 4 times using their online contact form (they offer no phone number), but no response. Found an email address for them—but crickets chirped. Finally asked Chase to reverse the charge which they did. Three days later on 12/31 Cravies sent me an email notice that the order had been cancelled for unexpected circumstances and no refund had been issued. Today they refunded the charge. All could have been avoided (and I would have kept my account open) if they’d just responded. Horrible customer service and foolish business practices!
