We have both the Cosmo and the Jupiter and use them on a regular basis. Both were purchased in 2018. Spacetouch offers lifetime warranties, and have replaced both items. Shannon is very responsive to work with. In addition to using the Cosmo as a beauty device, we have used it for bruising and pain.
