Appalling
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered some swatches from them and paid £6.99. Radio silence. Then they stopped me commenting on their Facebook page. So I had to go via Instagram. I got my money back but no apology or explanation as to the status of my order or why 3 strips of fabric hadnt been posted. Rude company with awful customer service skills. Appalling. Do not use. Go to a real shop for your dresses. Not these clowns.
