I placed an order on Wednesday…
I placed an order on Wednesday afternoon. I paid for next business day/overnight shipping since this is the main control board for my refrigerator. Being that order was placed after cut off I figured it would ship Thursday and arrive Friday. According to tracking it’s not going to arrive until Saturday. I called customer service and they said they can cancel order or give me shipping refund for the difference of other slower options? I told her I desperately need the part and would prefer full shipping refund for this inconvenience and said she could not do it. I asked to speak to supervisor and said no supervisor is available until Sunday. If this was a washer part or dryer part sure whatever but an essential part like this that keeps my food cold, it is not acceptable. 8/4/26 I did as you asked and sent email and no resolution. They said they’ll refund only difference not entire shipping. I called and spoke to a supervisor and they said the same thing. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said there is no one above him. I explained how I was told the shipping department shipped this out second instead of overnight which is what I paid for and he didn’t care. Again if it was a non essential part it would of been ok but I was left without a fridge for an extra day. Unacceptable. Your company cannot admit fault and take care of your customers. Never again. WOW you’re the worst company I have ever had the displeasure. Again I know order was past the cut off on Wednesday I am not arguing that. I know item was shipping Thursday. But overnight/1 business delivery should be Friday. Per your rep, you guys shipped it out the incorrect shipping method than what I paid for so why should I pay for your mistake?
