Ford was awesome and saved my day
Ford was awesome and saved my day! I made a typo while searching for sizes and ordered tires that were the wrong size. He noticed it wasn't the standard size for my car and reached out before processing the order, then suggested better options and worked with me to find it a new set! they were delivered the next day.
