Terrible delivery but they do their best to fix mistakes
I have to correct my previous feedback The material is food quality and altough the delivery time and customer care during delivery is not the best, once you are in touch with them they do the maximum to help and support. Be aware delivery is not easy to he tracked but you can be sure the items arrive maybe with some delay They also care about any issue you might have once the product is delivered. If they improve the delivery they will definetly be a good option. Previous feedback: I'd love to rate the product but unfortunately I don't know where is my order. The customer service keep sending automatic messages to my request for a proper tracking number and is not helping at all. I see this is an issue with many customers which is totally unacceptable. Probably they can deliver only in their country. They should inform us during the orders about the weeks or months delivery time. If I had the possibility to talk with a real customer service I'd ask a refund. Thanks
