Overpriced
I subscribed by mistake, and then forgot about it. They charged another $99.99 to my credit card without notifying me first. They are supposed to let you know before a recurring charge is made. The product is very low quality and certainly not worth the price of a subscription. They make it difficult to cancel. You can make better quality animations and videos at much lower prices from many other companies. I have requested a refund for the unauthorized charge, and have cancelled my useless subscription. ---- Update: They responded my saying I couldn't have a refund because blah blah blah. I said that wasn't right and asked for a refund. I got an offer for a 25% refund. I said no, and got an offer for a 50% refund. All their emails were coming from a "Virtual AI Assistant" - a chatbot. I suggested that it skip the script and just offer me a full refund, and it did. So I'm now waiting for the refund to appear on my credit card transactions.
