UPDATE: I changed my rating to a 4 star from 3, because they did stick to their word, they did do what they did promise. It was only the inconvenience of the wait because of the error in the order. But calembou immediately addressed the issue.And for that, they are a trustworthy company! It took awhile to get my order and to my disappointment, one item, the Nommi fruit box set was doubled and I was missing the the Nommi loveliness box set. So I contacted customer service which they responded promptly and resolved the issue right away by offering to send the correct item and that I could keep or dispose the duplicate one that I already have. Which woukd have been great but then got back with me saying they have to put a halt in the shipment due to the tariff, which it will never change in this presidency. So I don't know why there has to be a halt. Im getting my other orders from other stores in China with no problem currently. We will see, once I get the replacement/correct order in a timely manner, then I will change my star review to a better rate... problem is not resolved yet till transaction is closed with the delivery of the correct item.
