Awful customer service communication
Awful customer service communication I haven't even received the dresses yet. I have ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses a month ago. I was asked when my occasion date was to make sure the dresses would arrive on time. I was assured the dresses would be delivered by mid May for then to be told there were still making them and the actual delivery date would be 3 days before my wedding, which doesn't leave my bridesmaids any time for any eventual alterations that would need to be done on them. Now they have stopped replying to my emails and are ignoring me.
