Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Canceled a month ago. Appeared to be successful. I got another shipment. Went back and forth with AI rep about the issue. I got the same answer 4 times. Called. Went in circles, said id get a live rep but no. Tried chat. Was referred back to EMAIL again. Terrible AI service and the stuff is crap. Im surprised others have actually gotten a real person? All of my communications have been with AI. One had me fooled until "she" answered the phone a second time minutes after i'd hung up and i realized she was an it. So i replied with the requested information and nothing since. Its August 1.
